2.2          Parish Council to approve all cheques to be signed

2.3          Parish Council to discuss updated quotes for Scouts and Guides replacement doors           and windows and agree how to proceed.

2.4          Parish Council to approve costs for advertising in the local newspaper and to place            with a Recruitment Agency for the Clerks vacancy

2.5          Parish Council to discuss method of purchase and cost of Microsoft 365 for download      to Clerk’s laptop
